1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds may be issued only if service has not been initiated.
- No refunds once a project has started, resources allocated, or deliverables shared.
- For product purchases (if any), refunds apply only for defective or undelivered items.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Web development/design after work initiation.
- Digital marketing campaigns once launched.
- Consulting or strategy sessions once delivered.
3. Cancellation
- Clients must request cancellation in writing within 48 hours of order placement.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
