Refund and Returns Policy

At SmartCode Media, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds may be issued only if service has not been initiated.
  • No refunds once a project has started, resources allocated, or deliverables shared.
  • For product purchases (if any), refunds apply only for defective or undelivered items.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Web development/design after work initiation.
  • Digital marketing campaigns once launched.
  • Consulting or strategy sessions once delivered.

3. Cancellation

  • Clients must request cancellation in writing within 48 hours of order placement.
  • Any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
